VBA used to allow multiple drop down selections in one cell causing date format to change.

    Hello,

I'm very new to excel spreadsheets and so far have got on quite well.

I'm creating a sheet to be able to make multiple selections in one call using validation tool and also a code I had found that is required to do so.

The code works great except for some reason when running any date I input in UK auto changes to US format.

It is linked to the code as the moment I delete it, the issue resolves.

Hoping someone can check the code and see what might be the cause and if possible to correct without affecting the codes ability to do what is needed.

    HTML Code:

    Thanks.

    Hello.
In the same question you 'mixed': multiple selections, data validation and 'run dates' (what will the latter be?).

And to this 'mix' you added that you forgot to upload your test workbook so that we can see what you have and what you want to achieve.

    Hello,

Thanks for the quick reply, I'm sorry I've only been doing this for a couple of days so not very sure what is being asked.

I created a spreadsheet and set it up how I would like it to look, then using the validation tool made multiple options that could be used for each column.

Knowing I wanted the user to be able to select more than just one option per cell found the above code that allowed them to select one option then select another and then another.

Would look something like this yes,no,maybe all within one cell.

But what I noticed is when running the script that when putting a date in the required section for example 1/12/2023 (uk) it would auto change to 12/1/2023.

This is the only Issue i'm having with the code other than this it's doing exactly what I need it to.

And forgot to mention the date field is manual input not a drop down.

So when I type 1/4/2023 it will change to 4/1/2023 only when running the script.

    Sales and Retentions Logging. (1).xlsm

You will see when opened the code is running and if you try to input a date for example in the renewal date column in any of the cells 1/12/23 it will change to 12/1/23.

    Thanks for looking into this.
