Delete Method of Range Class failed

I have a macro (ParseDefects) that calls another macro (Clear_CombinedDefects). When I run ParseDefects, I am getting a runtime error for ".DataBodyRange.Delete" within the Clear_CombinedDefects Macro. I keep getting Run-Time error '1004': Delete Method of Range Class failed. I was not getting this error before but now I am. I tried selecting the sheet before deleting the rows but that did not help. Can anyone help?
