Need help creating folders and shortcuts

I have an excel file that is used to organize project numbers for a company.

Column A is the project number which is a six digit number. The numbers go in order and never repeat. (Example: 123-001, 123-002, 123-003....)

Column C is the project name.

I created a Macro that will create a folder on the computer using both the project Name followed by the project number.

I would also like to somehow create a shortcut on the computer to the same folders created above, however they would be named [Project Number - Project Name] and placed into a different directory. The idea behind this is that I can sort one directory by Project Name, and the other by Project Number, but they would both essentially be the same folder. One is just a shortcut to the other.

What Code would I need to add to make this work?
