Macro code for sum and count

Dear Sir,

I have attached excel file named SUM_COUNT.

The excel file contains three sheets. Rawdata, Sum and Count

Kindly provide me a macro to do following

1.sum the data in Column H of worksheet named Rawdata and display in the worksheet named Sum

2.Count the data in Column H of worksheet named Rawdata and display in the woksheet named Count.

You could take this a little further and future proof adding additional lines and combine the 2 sheets. Example attached.
