Macro - Using a button to call a range of info from another sheet

I am struggling to start here. How do I call info using a button and a date range that is input manually. It will be calling data from columns A,B,C. Column A lists the date, Column B lists the equipment, Column C lists total downtime, and D lists the issue/fix. I want to call a date range that has been input manually from sheet "EntryForm", The data will be called from "Database" and sent to "EntryForm" starting on Row 8 of "EntryForm"..... I am lost
