Data copy from Workbook to another Workbook

Hello All,
I had this code on a workbook2 auto copy the data from another workbook1.

My problem with this is that when I shared workbook2 it link the workbook2.
I tried to break the link from workbook2 but it deleted the formula.
Is there any other formula that will not link from the other workbook?

Can this be transpose to a VBA code? I rather have this on the vba instead typing or copying one cell to another cell in workbook1.

Does this need a Private Sub or does it go alone?

Also instead just A1, should i changed it from A1:T1048576?

Part of the cells were merged. Will this b a problem?

The merged cell is title on top of the worksheet.
