using excel to sort outlook appointment items

I have a macro that looks at the next 7 days of appointments and make a spreadsheet from those appointments. The problem I'm running into is sorting them by date and then subject. We use outlook appointments to keep track of our projects, and we may have multiple appointments on the same day at the same time. Outlook sorts them like this, but when I use my macro, it sorts them like this. Notice it's only the ones that say "PennDOT" that are the issue. The other appointments behave as expected.
