Return portion of string from found cell

I'm trying to look in Row 1 of my sheet for a value that begins with "RTI" and return the last 7 digits.
I've got RT defined as a string, but my code isn't working. Any ideas?

Your first solution works extremely well. I should have realized the asterisk was needed, but sometimes when you're down in the mud it's hard to see above it.
