VBA Sum by 2 criteria (SumIFs), Need Help

Hello!
I am having difficulty finding a work around to a sumifs formula i have in my vba code. I have tried to modify suggestions i found on the forums about using the dictionary (I am new to dictionary) but i have not had much success.
I am attempting to get a sum of allocated time for a given machine for each day of its calendar. I would very much appreciate suggestions on how to get past this line of code. The file is typically ~200K lines (when the Prod & Calendar tabs are combined on Load Query

I have attached a sample file with the full code. The Load_Query sheet is populated by combining Prod Order Capacity and Calendar Entry sheets

I found this old post by kalak but I cannot figure out how to adapt it for my situation, can anyone give me a direction to go?

His code is related to a sumif situation, how can I add a second criteria?
