Collate data from closed wb depends upon header value

Dear expert

i have multiple files in particular folder , i want copy data from closed files into active sheet with what are header matching header values in all workbooks.

i have header value which is matching in copy workbook which column are matching , those column data copy and paste to corresponding column

for e.,g
Master_Colleate
Account P Account if column exist in Dispatch & Inventory workbook, copy those column values
