Insert x number of blank rows based on values

In the attached workbook I have a list of values in columns B-F, I have counted the number of values in each row and that total is in Column A.
How can I insert the number of blank rows between each value based on the total in column A?
The actual list I have is of course much longer than the sample.
The desired outcome I have placed below these figures and shaded grey.
