I suspect your example is not typical as it implies an invoice per service: is this always the case or has an invoice mulltiple service entries?
Is 5% tax only apply to Tamilnadu with SAC code 996412 ?
And how do want to name the results tax PDF?

Yes, the invoice should be auto generated implies an invoice per service. Yes, is this always case not for multiple service entries.

Once I generated the invoice the invoice could be automatically saved as PDF file.

Thanks for your valuable VBA function but the function is not match for my requirement, no one is change while I run the code. The code could be modified perfectly. Actually I want run the code in my
"SERVICE RENDERED" sheet against the continue invoices wise related with date like "JAN_001" & "SEP002" & "SEP0023" by month. The invoices should be generated by invoice numbers with my
company logo also, Once I entered my customer details by particular services related payments even the continuous invoice number then afterwords I can generate the invoices when I want that time
only in which selected date and selected customers but not daily, and one more thing the invoice sheet could not be generated sheet by sheets its only generate in the "Tax Invoice" sheet. Then Invoices
could be saved as PDF format. so please modify the code perfectly to fulfill my requirements, Herewith I have attached my sample sheet for your reference,

Sorry I could not not understand with the code any way again extremely sorry there is some changes have in my invoice format I can say what is changes here.
I want generate the invoice once I entered the all of customer details then the invoices could be auto generated with my company logo also when I go to clicking the "Generate Invoice" in "W" column cells contains for each and every invoice number contain "P" column rows cells. Once I generated the invoice then I want save as PDF format file in to "Document directory" "TAX INVOICE" folder.
The VBA code will be run in the "SERVICE RENDERED" sheet "W" column row every cells. Herewith I have attached my new sample file for your valuable reference to clear my excel problems as earlier as possible. Please help...

I suggest you retain the RUN button and we add code which puts a timestamp (in say column X) to indicate the invoice has been produced: this provides you with a record on invoices produced and should prevent the production of duplicate invoices.
You still have not defined the naming convention for your invoices: please do!
I don't know how to make invoices automatically that the reason I approaching the grateful excel help forum. I understood your suggestion you can make yourself with your valuable knowledge please, I want generate the invoice by one click once I entered all of customer details. Please do the needful early as possible.

The code checks column "W" is NOT balnk ( has "Generate Invoice") AND column "X" IS blank and the creates an invoice, with Time/Date of creation put in column "X"Please Login or Register to view this content.

Your valuable VBA code is working fine but the GST calculation is not set properly as per GST standards. Please refer the below attached table content which is all of GST calculations for related states and modified the code for the same. Please help.

Please find attached file here, I have added some columns (M,N,P,Q,R,S), but I need columns, now the code not set properly. I want solve the issues when I adding one more columns and another one is UPPER, lower, Proper letters changes. I was try to solve the issues myself but I couldn't, Please check the issues in the attached file and resolve my problems earlier as possible.
