Show totals of entries for each months uder them, only first 3 is working

I can not get this to work
It must show 3 months, then the next 3 months under them and so on (this is working)
But it only show the first 3 months totals under the 3 first months but not for the rest of the months.
The code is long.
in lines 151,208,and 265 i have the same code as 70 to 93

The above is missing for months 4 to 12

I note there are 3 or 4 entries under "NAAM" for a "VAN" but only 2 names appear in HUWELIK report?
