Running a Macro in a Different File

Hi

Several times a week I get sent a rather crude Excel spreadsheet. The layout of the spreadsheet doesn't change, only the content. The file name is always different - based on the dates it covers.

I want to be able to run a macro on these spreadsheets so it formats them how I want, and sets them up correctly for viewing and printing.

Is there a way to do this?
