Amort schedule with annual payment escallations

Hi, I'd appreciate some help in creating an amort schedule for a loan which allows an annual payment escallation whilst keeping period the same.
    E.g:
    Loan amount: 10,000,000
    Period: 240 months
    Initial Rate: 11.75%
    Annual payment increase: 6.5%
Future Value at 240 months: 0
I have attached an example of a model I am trying to use but which does not allow the amort to run beyond a period of 10 years. I'd really appreciate assistance if someone could get the period to run to 20 years.

    Welcome to the forum.

There are instructions at the top of the page explaining how to attach your sample workbook (yellow banner: HOW TO ATTACH YOUR SAMPLE WORKBOOK). Screenshots are of little practical use as we cannot manipulate them.

A good sample workbook has just 10-20 rows of representative data that has been desensitised. The sample layout accurately matches that of your real data. It also has expected results mocked up, worked examples where required, relevant cells highlighted and a few explanatory notes.

Thanks so much with the advice. I have now attached a model which someone could maybe assist with changes to get the period to run to 240 months as it seems to be restricted to 10 years.

I've moved this to the VBA section for you.
