Compare 2x cells and replace original cell with another

Good afternoon, I have what I think is a complicated request but might be easy for some of you experienced programmers. I'm trying to create it in vba with a loop but not sure how best to go about it.

Column C contains lots of 5 digit numbers, some followed by a suffix /Name (for example: 12345/Name). What I need it to do is If the Suffix is /Britpart for example, I need it to then match the first five digits of that Cell with the 5 digits in Column C on Sheet 2. If it's a match then it needs to copy the data in column F on Sheet 2 and overwrite the data in the first cell where 12345/Britpart resided.

Due to various sorting between sheets it needs to find, match and the replace with adjacent data as the rows are always correct

I have attached a sheet so you can see an example.

    Regards, James.
