I have had a read through what i could find using the search function and couldnt come up with anything suitable for what im trying to do.
When cell H14 has a numerical value entered, i want the to insert a number of rows based upon H14 value starting at row 18 and autofill some cells with formulas & data.

Code runs after entering value in H14...

I assumed adding the x number rows to already existing...
