Copy range if target cell has value

Hi.
Need VBA help.
I like minimalistic work. see attached worksheet,
initially what is visible will be A1:D11. (sample in sheet1)
If D11>0 then copy similar range in A13:D23. leaving B:B blank.
if total amount is present again with the new range. copy range again and so on.
please refer to sheet2.

Hi again.

Or to simplify,
if D11>0, Copy Range L1:O11 to next 2nd row, in this case A13
continue process if criteria is met.
if D11=0, no copying needed.
