Retrieve File name based on cell value (match cell value to file name in directory)

Please assist on how to retrieve File name based on cell value (H12) to match cell value to file name in the following location below

V:\FINANCE\99 Vibramech\Sales\Job reconciliations
If the file exist in the above folder location to write this Note "Recon Done" on cell: H14

I've attached the file and the screen shot for the file location
