Convert table of data into multiple columns by criteria

I have a single table of data and want to split it by Unit then group by Category.

Each unit will have it's own 'column' of data, then stacked underneath will be the Categories.

I have attached a sample of the data, to make it easier to understand.

There are instructions at the top of the page explaining how to attach your sample workbook (yellow banner: HOW TO ATTACH YOUR SAMPLE WORKBOOK). Screenshots are of little practical use as we cannot manipulate them.

A good sample workbook has just 10-20 rows of representative data that has been desensitised. The sample layout accurately matches that of your real data. It also has expected results mocked up, worked examples where required, relevant cells highlighted and a few explanatory notes.

I have attached a sample.

The overview tab has notes and summarises the two data tables.

The "Original data" tab and "expected results" replicates what the data would be like in the workbook.
