Number of rows between same data in two columns

Hi all.

I have two columns in which specific names of items exist. I need to be able to show as a table the amount of rows between where the specific name exists.

The Data columns and Specific item lists are dynamic and can be of any length.

I've attached an example of what I'm trying to achieve.
