How to convert the currency of cells which are filled in blue with complex conditions?

Good evening to the community,

I work on the file "Test(2)".

I have source data which are located on the tab "Fichier Suivi TAS". They are colored in blue #95B3D7.
These data are organized by 3 important parameters.
The first parameter is the date in AB3:BF3.
The second parameter is the name in the column Q.
The third parameter is the currency in the column W.


I would like to convert these data in USD which are in in blue #95B3D7 in the tab "MPP 2024 V2 Ph2".
The target value should be located in the range cell GI19:JT144 and only for the line which are described as "Present" in the column E "Position Status".

For the example, in the tab "Fichier Suivi TAS", the cell BC4 has the value 37254,00 and should be 37254*1,1 in HU110 in the tab "MPP 2024 V2 Ph2".
The date is in GI18:JT18.
The name is the column S.

I divided the code in 3 modules and it is working. I can't share the new file because it is too heavy. I just applied the same format of the tab "Résultats Bleus" for Position Status and the tab "MPP 2024 V2 Ph2"
