Copy or transfer the data using a macro in one excel book

Need help to transfer the data, selectively, from one sheet to another sheet in the same book,
a) on sheet 1, I have a table as shown in the attachment 1
b) on sheet 2, I have a table as shown in the attachment 1

What Macro can be used to transfer the data from the Sheet 1 to the sheet 2, using the following guideline,
1. Data from the Column titled "Monday" and for the row titled "Pro1", transfer the data from the column titled "Qty" and transfer the data from the column titled "Form". If there is no data, then the destination cell should have the text "NONE"
2. Similar action for the remaining columns titled "Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday" and the rows titled "Pro2, Pro3 etc"
