Populate the name of the max value in a range

Hi all, I need some help with this one. See attached.

Yellow column(A-H) are cycle time values of the steps in a process.
Green column(I) is a simple max of each yellow row.

I need some help with the blue columns.

Column “J” to populate the name of the process (Row 1) that had the maximum value.
Column "K" to populate the second highest value in the yellow row.
Column “L” to populate the name of the process (Row 1) that had the second highest value.

I've manually populated the first few to help clarify what we're looking for. Any help appreciated.
