Positioning of Task Details in the wrong cells

Hello,

I moved the area for task details down columns D and E on the planner sheet.

Now when clicking on tasks or saving tasks or deleting tasks are not working properly. I know there is something in the codes that I didn't update but can't seem to figure it out.

Can someone please help?
