Hello,
Can VBA show End Times in appointments at the end of the shapes?
So the format would be:
"Start Time" <space> "Contact" ....."End Time"
The End Time would be at the right side of the shape.
Thank you very much for your help

Thank you very much John Topley for your great help!![]()
My fault for asking wrong format. I changed code line to make appointment (example):
11:00a - 1:15p Fred Fedders
This works for month of May but I tried to go to other months and it gives error. Can you check please?
I found that this goes to error in June to December months if there are no appointments in these months.
Further testing seems to only happen in the month of June. In fact multiple shapes are created in around column A when saving any appointments in this month.

Excellent! Thanks again John Topley.
I realized the Duration should be calculated instead of the End Time so I did some rearranging of cells. This seems to make better sense.
See attached revision
The file has Start/End times not Start & Duration![]()
The appointments show start and end times on the shapes. The duration is calculated in cell E18. I think this is correct. The Refresh code seems to have the correct information for each appointment.
Duration not shown in the Shapes ?
Duration is not needed in the shapes. I think the End Time is more appropriate so it is easier to see if the next appointment might conflict with the previous.
Is there anything I missed in the codes with this revision?
I only looked at the "Schedule" code so cannot comment on any other changes: all "appears" OK to me.
Thank you for checking. I hope this workbook can provide some use to others.
