I have 2 Books
Book1 - for data entry. Certain data from Book1 will be archived into Book2 in Legal Format printout
Book2 - as attached
red fonts are those that need to be copied to Book2. Some are trim, some are joined from data cells. Thank you in advance for your time

like this, see attachments... please replace the codes in all the 4 attached book1 files with the code below, it´s a little bit cleaner!! But both works! Please don´t forget to rename the book2.xlsx and as last time, please try it first with the attached files, after the tests are OK, you can test it on your original files!
