Userform msg box to open certain workbooks in different folders based on 2 criteria

    Hello,

What I want the code to do is have a userform and message box prompt for the user. The user will select a keyword from the file names title and a monthly folder that is => whatever date they input in the msgbox.

The list of names would only ever be:
    1. Nike
    2. Addidas
    3. Sketchers

For example, If I wanted to grab every file that had the word "Nike" in the workbook title AND grab only those same 'Nike" files if the date is => Jan-2025. Therefore the code would only open Jan-25, Feb-25 & Mar-25 for workbooks that have 'Nike" in the title.

That is, should we draw your form for you, should we create your files for you that you need to sort through? It is not surprising that no one has given you the desired answer yet. Well, you have to wait another half a year or more. Good luck.

Re: Userform msg box to open certain workbooks in different folders based on 2 criteria

I have revised some of the code and have attached some more workbooks.

I decided to scratch the user form ask. I have the code working below as an input box & the user enters the file path and then it searches for keyword within filename. It works! pulls up all the Opened files within the folders for lets
say 'NIKE'. But now I want to copy a specific range from all the open files that have an 'Inventory' sheet. I want range D42 to last row in column D where data is present. Then paste that to the first available row
in sheet 'Log' in the master Inventory workbook. Any ideas how I can make that happen?
