Spell number error #NAME?

Hi Guys,
spellnumber is not working fine with me. I'm using Excel 2007 in Windows 8

I've created a VBA Module with following code, and saved the file as .xlsm
used the code "=spellnumber(R35)" in a cell.
It worked fine when I did this process, the result was good.

but after I close the file and reopen it later..... it's showing an error saying "#NAME?"
Kindly help me with this
