SPINBUTTON and VLOOKUP

Hi. I wasnt sure where to post this so I posted it here. Basically, i am new to Excel and would like help with a simple problem.

The result that I want Is a spinbutton that when pressed, the text in the following cell will change.

This is what I have:

I Have the spinbutton and in the follwing cell I have a VLOOKUP command, which is incorrect so could someone tell me how it should be.
