Counting sequence of numbers from a name

Hi, I hope someone can help me with my problem. I made an investigation and now i have to anlyze the results but i dont know how to use macros and i cant find a formula that helps me. In column A are the names of the expedients, like M1, M2, M3....and in column B i have numbers from 1 to 3.

First i need to count the sequences of 5 or more number 3, and the sequences of 10 or more number 3. Then i need to do it for each person, like how many sequences of 5 or more number 3 are in M1, then the sequences of 10 or more, and then in M2, M3, M4.......and so on (there are like 50)

Could someone help me please?
