using data from an excel field in a variable in a VBscript (WSH)?

Hi,

is there a possibility to use data from an excel field in a variable in a VBscript?

I'm using VBscript (WSH) to transfer data from an excel file into the software we use in our business.

For this I select the data in the excel field an copy and paste it in the other software using the SendKeys method.

Sometimes I need the script to make a decision based on the data in that particular excel cell.

Any clues how this could be done?
