VBA Button to Filter & Un-Filter List

I need the ability to filter out (hide not delete) rows that do not contain data in cells J11:J66, and I would like to do this with Command Buttons that i have placed near J70. One Button to Filter and one to Un-filter. (Simply because there are some hear at my work who do not know how to hide or unhide rows)

See attached example.... I have renamed from .xls to .doc

I consider myself advanced in excel, but a novice in VBA programming.
