Changing it to new tool-bar, and resetting it back to user's toolbar

I want to have a macro to do the following. I suppose it'll actually be wto macros. One in Auto_open and the other in Auto_close.

(1) When the user opens the file, his/her toolbar settings are stored, and

(2) it is changed to a new pre-defined toolbar (in which I would have my own macros assigned).

(3) when the user closes the file, his/her original toolbar settings are restored.
