file: copy data

hi here is the scenario

i will copy data from column A and Column C. If the data in column A and C is the same, then it will copy the value of Column B which is in the same row as Column A to Col D. Also i nd it to be able to run thru the whole column of C to check every value. I dun tink vlookup is able to fulfil my requirements. Anyone has any solutions?

eg: row 3 in col A = 3, row 4 in Col C = 3, so i will copy row 3 in Col B to row 4 in Col D

Col E is newly added.
eg: row 3 in col A = 3, row 4 in Col C = 3, how do i copy row 3 in col B,D,E into a new worksheet? again, i will nd it to run thru the whole col C
