Hello:

My boss uses Outlook for his contacts on his PC, but with the Palm, he wants all of the data exported into Excel. No problem, but he wants it linked just like Outlook. To clarify, he wants me to create a directory so he can easily find all his contacts (by last name) quickly.

Example: When he clicks on "A" it displays only those last names that start with "A". I can obviously easily create a hyperlink, but it doesn't update if he adds or removes a name (I'd have to go in and manually re-link everything) Also, it still shows the rest of the data.

I hope that I'm making some sense. Any suggestions?
