Hello!

I currently use a spreadsheet that we manually update to schedule our next visit to a client. Column A is the client name, Column B is client code, Column C is what the visit entails, and then from coulmns D across are the months, Jan, Feb and so on until December.

Each client has a frequency code, for example, 4 means 4 visits a year and so on. At the moment we manually work out when the next audit is due from these frequency codes. For example if it's a code 4 and the last visit was in January, the next visit will be due 4 months later, in May, and then 4 months after that and so on. The problem we have is that the frequency code is often updated and we have to change the spreadsheets manually.

Does anyone know of how we can automate this process so that when we enter a new frequency code, the spreadsheet automatically updates which months the next visits are due in? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
