Triggere an evevnt

i am using this code, it is ok

but i use this formula (=Sum(L20:L63)) in cell L64, so whenever the value changes, the the private code should be triggered.....but it is not triggered by the change in the value in the cell L64........

any idea how to triggere the event by the change of the value(using the mentioned formula) inside the cell L64 ?
