Import .bas file HELP!! (URGET)

Ok i have found out a little bit, here is what i have found out, when i open up excel, open a form named, frmOpen i then close the form. If i am then to use VBE to delete and import frmOpen, it says File in use can not use

if i am to open excel delete and import frmOpen, without touching it in the first place i have no problems. Why is this? thanks for the help

is there a way when the user closes the form that the form closes all the way. So that there is no "ghost" or "shadow" of it left?
