Adding Contents of Drop Down Cells

Hello,

I am trying to figure out how to add the contents of drop down cells.

Quantity Material Price Total
(fill in) (Drop down) (Drop dn) (Drop down)

I am trying to add the total, which is in a drop down menu, together to make a grand total, but I can't get the values out of the drop down menu. Any help would be much appreciated.
