cut selected rows to new sheet

Hi. I need to be able to make a macro cut rows with data meeting a specific criteria (specific text in column B) out of one tab, and create a new tab to paste them into. This must be a cut, and not copy, so that they do not remain on the main tab. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Start by recording a macro of the process.
I guess that using Data/Filter/autofilter is the way to go.

Most problems are caused by starting from the wrong place.

It's easy until you know how.

    Question

I did a recording of the process. The problem is, that is hardcoded the row numbers that I Cut, into the macro. The row numbers will be different each time, depending on how many records have the specific text criteria in them. I need to be able to tell the macro to take ALL rows with the text "ATTLG" in column B, and cut and paste them to a new tab.
