Hi guys and girls.. this one would make light work of an annoying task if you could help.

I have two lists of postcodes that i have pasted next to each other. they are meant to align but dont as one is longer than the other.

Ultimately I would like an if statement along the lines of
"if A1 = B1 then do nothing, otherwise if A1 does not = B1, then insert a cell above A1"
