I need a Macro or Script to Remove Certain Info...

My Problem is I have been handed a spreadsheet that contains over 20,000 rows and I have been told to obtain a sum of certain expendetures. The problem is that the Dollar amount is in the same column as the title. For Example

Previous Balance- $25,326.23 is all in the same column instead of Previous Balance being in one column and the monetary figure being in the other.

Is there anything that can help me?

Yes everything is in a single cell and needs to be split into two.

Before I write a macro I need to know what are all the "titles" we are looking for besides "Previous Balance" and how do you want the data to appear on the worksheet after the data is split?
