    Preparing Workbook for user input

I have a workbook that has 7 worksheets. I would like the user to see
all input cells as blank, and the calculated cells to be populated as
the user goes along in the input process. How can I do this and avoid
#REF from being displayed in calculated cells?

    Any tips are greatly appreciated.

    please see help on #REF.

This kind of error is caused by deleting cell or range that is being refered by other cell. You cannot delete any cell to avoid this kind of error.

Check for blank values in the input cells to avoid displaying invalid
or wrong calculations: =if(B5<>"", YourFormula, "")

    does this help ?
