VB not running on others PC but mine is working

I have an a file with 10 sheets in it, 5 of them have VB script in them.
the VB script works fine on My PC but not on others. is there any settings
in CB that will tell the other users Excel to turn on VB.

I work for the DOD so our boxes are security heavy but that does not
explain the reason the sheet works on mine but not others.


Scratch above, I found that All DOD Security settings in Excel are set to high
so to change the Question to:
How Do I setup a Trusted source or signed macros.....???????
