Understanding ListBoxes

Is there a internet link where I can read more about listboxes and the strange numbers that seem to go along with the VB code....

For example,

.ListBoxes.Add 78, 40, 148, 120


What is the purpose of each of these number? Where can I read about this kind of code language?

I have a basic book about Excel with VB, but it seems a little too basic for this kind of question.

I couldn't find anything in my help file directly about the numbers. However, just playing with them a bit I could figure out that the first number controls the horizontal position, the second the vertical position, the third the width and the fourth the height.
