I have a workbook with a title/intro page with 8 different options to choose
from.

Options are sets of worksheets, with a Set up sheet before and a Results
sheet after. Tabs look like this.

Set Up 1, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, Results 1 --------(option 1)

Set Up 2, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, Results 2----(option 5)

Set Up 3, 31, 32, 33, 34, Results 3----------(option 2)

Set Up 4, 41, 42, 43, 44, Results 4 --------(option 6)

Set Up 5, 51, 52, 53, Results 5 ----------(option 3)

Set Up 6, 61, 62, 63, Results 6-----------(option 7)

Set Up 7, 71, 72, Results 7-----------(option 4)

Set Up 8, 81, 82, Results 8 ----------(option 8)

These were all separate workbooks which I moved into one book. Before I
did, I had a macro which altered the tabs to show data input onto the
Relevant Set Up sheet. So as contestants names were entered the tabs changed
to relate to those names. Since I moved them all to one workbook although
everything else works, the macro’s don’t and I am totally lost as to how to
do this again.

I am also trying to find a way to click on the option on the title page so
that if option (1) is selected the worksheets showing will only be those
relating to that option and the others will be hid until that option is
selected. I also need on start up the title page to show (only) this is
called MASTER. I know this is a lot of help needed but I would appreciate
anyones time and as I am obviously a newbie, please keep it simple !
