Autolist Members Does Not Always Work

I am sure other people must have this problem also:
sometimes autolist members works, sometimes it doesn't.
I have declared all my variables and objects before I try to access their methods and properties, but sometimes the autolist is generated sometimes it isn't.
Can anyone shed some light on why this is the case?

If you have a compiler error in your code, the autolist dropdown
won't show.

There are no compile errors in my project and the autolist still does not work 100% of the time.
