change file links or updating formulas

I am trying to do a couple of things and I am a novice to VBA Macros. I
built formulas that are feeding from different spreadsheets and I need
a macro that can automatically change the location (perhaps by asking
the user to select the file).

Try recording a macro when you do:
edit|links|Change links
