macro to copy Data from Col H sheet3 to sheet4

I have formulas in Col H on sheet3 and have tried to write code to copy the visible data from Col H to Sheet4 from A1 onwards


I however get no result


I have shown what the result should look like on sheet5

It would be appreciated if someone could assist me

It is trying to copy the formulas and paste those, which it partially does(though with a ref since the column is being adjusted to the left off the sheet). Do you just want the VALUES to be pasted?
